My credo: easy to deploy, easy to maintain. Web-enabled, no VBA, VSTA or add-ins, implemented as Smart Object templates.

- Faults nobody can explain, performance problems, stubborn interfaces or graphic objects that shouldn’t really be possible. I keep going where others stop. A particular focus: the zenon Batch module.
